By accepting/agreeing to place advertisement with/through "IndianClicks.com" you abide to the following Terms & Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
AD MATERIAL: The advertisement material is to be sent by the Client/Advertiser in GIF/JPEG/SWF/Java Script or HTML formats through CD/DVD/Email. Maximum accepted file size by any Publisher is 35KB. Acceptance of file size Above 35KB/EXTREME Animation/Jazzy ads is based on publisher approval.
MATERIAL DEADLINES: The advertisement material should reach us at least 48 working hours before the scheduled start date.
INNOVATIONS: Accept of Innovations like Skins/Page Loads besides Pop-Up/Pop-Under/Expendable's/Road Blocks etc is at the discretion of the Publisher.
APPROPRIATE CONTENT: All ads are subject to Approval by the Publisher.
NOFOLLOW: Publisher is offering Advertising Space on its website - Not links for the benefit of search engine positioning. Therefore, The NOFOLLOW attribute or Tag may be or will be used on any advertisement hyperlinks.
PAYMENTS: All payments are to be made in advance either by DD/Check in favor of "IndianClicks.com" in India.
CANCELLATIONS: In case of campaign being Paused/Stopped/Cancelled before the last date, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the payment shall be made in full as the publisher collects all the payments in advance from "IndianClicks.com".
OTHER TERMS:
In consideration of publication, Advertiser and its Agency agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher & its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of publication.
All contents of advertisements are subject to the Publishers approval. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at any time. Publisher & its marketing Partner "" "IndianClicks.com" shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason Publisher fails to publish the advertisement.
Conditions, other than rates, are subject to change by Publisher without notice. Rates are subject to change upon notice from the Publisher to " "IndianClicks.com" but not to Advertiser/Client.
Changes in orders may not be made by the Advertiser or its Agency after the closing date. Advertisements not received by closing date will not be entitled to approval or revision by Advertiser or its Agency.
"IndianClicks.com" will not be responsible for advertisements accepted for a fixed position but for some reason, not given or changed by Publisher, as Positioning/Placement of Advertisements is at the discretion of the Publisher except where request for a specific position is acknowledged, in writing, by the Publisher.
Publisher & its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" is not liable for delays in delivery in the event of an Act of God, action by any governmental or quasi-government entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown, or any condition beyond the control of the Publisher & its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" affecting production or delivery or commitment in any manner.
No conditions other than those set forth on this page shall be binding on the Publisher & its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Publisher or its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com".
Publisher or its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" has the right to hold Advertiser and its Agency jointly and severally liable for monies due and payable to Publisher or its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" for advertising ordered and published. Should collection efforts become necessary, Advertiser and its Agency agree to pay all attorney fees incurred in connection with collection of advertising that was published.
All advertisements are accepted and published by the Publisher on the representation that the Advertiser and/or Advertising Agency are properly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof.
When advertisements containing the names, pictures and/or testimonials of living persons are submitted for publication, the order or request for the publication thereof shall be deemed to be a representation by the Advertiser and/or Advertising Agency that they have obtained written consent of the use in the advertisement of the name, picture and or testimonial of any living person which is contained therein. It is understood that the Advertiser and/or Advertising Agency will indemnify and save the Publisher & its marketing Partner " "IndianClicks.com" harmless from and against any loss, expense or other liability resulting from any claims or suits for libel, violation or rights or privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement and any other claims or suits that may arise out of the publication of such advertisement.
All ads run on a prepay basis until credit is approved.
